We want to make sure the onboarding process is smooth, deliberate, and optimized. We try to take a few days (or for some custom solutions up to a couple of weeks) to learn your business, your nuanced work environment, and your overall technology implementation and day-to-day workflows.
This allows us to provide you with a great fit. For overall coverage, we also need a bit of time to train a replacement – which we do without additional costs to you. We have an employee standing by to ensure that no less than 2 people in our ecosystem are ready for your needs at any given time.
What does it do for you? It allows you to be able to make changes in a heartbeat, once we are onboarded properly into your environment.
This initial onboarding process takes about a week or so. But, going forward there are rarely hiccups or work stoppages. And you get solutions for anything you need, on the fly.
What do I do if the “EE” you staffed me with, isn’t a good fit?
Will I regret this?We do our homework on intake. We also do a ton of work to improve our internal research, training and development to meet your employee needs. We can’t guarantee we will get it right every time. What we can guarantee however, is that we can adjust to changing needs quickly and with legitimate resolution.
Sometimes we need to remove an employee and onboard another into your environment. That’s why we prep two employees and match those employees to your unique needs at the start of the onboarding process. This ensures a smooth transition. In fact we offer packages that allow you to swap out employees by the week if needed to conform to challenging busines environments.
Maybe you need executive support this week, but a dedicated marketing professional next week. We can do that. Maybe you need a virtual assistant today, but next month you need to focus on someone who can help answer questions on social media in a client facing role. We can handle that too.
